These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Real Prize Casino Canada website at real-prize-casino.ca and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by RealPlay Tech Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your province if higher) to use this Platform. You must be a legal resident of Canada in a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is permitted. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under the minimum age will be immediately closed and any coins forfeited.

2. Account Registration

You may register one account per person, email address, and household. Registration requires accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where we detect multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins

Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively for entertainment play on our Platform. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or any prize. Gold Coins are provided free through bonuses, daily login rewards, and purchased coin packages. Unused Gold Coins in purchased packages may be subject to expiry after 24 months of account inactivity.

Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are a promotional virtual currency awarded pursuant to our sweepstakes promotion rules. Sweeps Coins may be used in eligible sweepstakes games and, subject to redemption requirements, may be redeemed for prizes. Minimum redemption: 50 Sweeps Coins. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of approved redemption request. Sweeps Coins are non-transferable and cannot be purchased directly.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome bonuses, daily rewards, referral bonuses, and all other promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions: bonuses are credited to the account specified; bonuses are non-transferable; Gold Coins in all bonus packages have no cash value; Gold Coins from bonuses may be used on any available game. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for coin gain
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward other players or staff
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming or age verification measures

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including software, game graphics, text, logos, and design — is the property of RealPlay Tech Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, we exclude all warranties and our liability for any loss arising from use of the Platform is limited to the dollar value of coin packages purchased in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Platform.
